Often we stop ourselves from confronting other people's behaviours or attitudes that we find unacceptable because we fear starting world war three or concern that the other person will be upset. In other words we will sometimes do anything to keep the peace and we sometimes put other people’s wellbeing ahead of our own.

Speaking out and being authentic actually boosts our self worth and leads to better and more trusting relationships.

In this workshop we use a Creative technique to help clients evaluate their own role in disappointing and difficult relationships. This new perspective allows clients to develop ownership and responsibility for the situation that reinforces their own values and beliefs and builds self-esteem.
