Our way of working with an experience is to look at it through the lens of 3 areas. First one being (1) Awareness that something is not as we would like it to be, this is instigated often by a sensation in the body it is the first part of awareness. When we become aware that something is not right we have to make a (2) Decision about how we want to deal with the situation, do we want to accept the situation or do we want to take action. Thirdly (3) Making a Plan and taking action completes the Gestalt cycle.
